As the business continues to grow, it’s reassuring to know we will be able to remain at the business centre for the long term as Langtree gives us the flexibility to move into larger office space and when we need it.

Payment to be made at least 24 hours prior to booking by calling 01925 255 528 A copy of a valid photographic ID document providing proof of identification and address will be kept on file.

Bookings are non-refundable. However, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we will look to offer alternative booking date(s). It is the responsibility of the user to make contact regarding amendments or cancellations to bookings and missed sessions will not be refunded.

The Management reserves the right to terminate membership. All contact required acknowledgment and we operate only during standard business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. By becoming a member, you agree to receive marketing communications from St James Business Centre, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
