Laura is the Building Manager here at St James Business Centre. Before joining Langtree, Laura studied Sport and Leisure Management at Staffordshire University and then worked in the restaurant industry, before taking up the position of Building Manager at Castlefield Estates where she completed her IOSH training.
Her responsibilities at St James Business Centre include managing the Health and Safety, new lets, fit outs on site, all hard and soft services and providing a range a property management support.
Carole is Assistant Building Manager at St James Business Centre where she provides secretarial support to tenants and administrative support to its Building Manager. She previously has 20 years’ experience as a legal secretary/legal assistant, and during this time she was also an office manager for a sole practitioner where she gained experience managing a small office.
Bev has worked at St James Business Centre for over 20 years, where she runs the tenant and visitor approach to the building as their first point of contact. Bev has previously worked for the Royal British Legion.
Jon joined St James Business Centre in January 2022 as our Maintenance Manager and prior he carried out various maintenance roles within the Warrington area. His responsibilities include managing all contractors on-site and maintenance of common areas around the building.
Outside of his day job Jon loves to keep fit by going mountain biking and road biking to increase his fitness as well as learning new techniques. A big Rugby league fan who follows the local town Warrington Wolves.
Ross joined us in early 2018 as our Maintenance Operative and is responsible for managing the self-occupation of units, day-to-day repairs of the site and monitoring tenants utility usage.

Since moving into St James Business Centre, we have found the team to be extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have supported us on our journey from our start-up phase where we initially needed a small serviced office space through to us moving into our new larger offices. As the business continues to grow, it’s reassuring to know we will be able to remain at the business centre for the long term as Langtree gives us the flexibility to move into larger office space and when we need it.
