At St James Business Centre, we know that flexibility is important, which is why we allocate door access fobs for all occupiers giving them 24/7 access.
This means that employees working flexible hours can access the office whenever they need it, giving you the ability to run your business exactly they way you want to.

How do I book a meeting room online?

Yes, St James Business Centre offers High-speed internet connectivity and free Wi-Fi throughout our common areas.
Do you have an on-site shower?
Feeling green and want to cycle to work? Don’t worry, St James Business Centre has an on-site shower for you to freshen up before you start your day.
How do I report an emergency?
You must notify our reception team. In the event there is an emergency out of hours we have a key holding company who will respond to the emergency.
Do you have on-site parking?
St James Business Centre has extensive on-site parking for you and your visitors, allowing you to host your business events without the extra headaches.
Do you have on-site bike storage?
Yes, St James Business Centre has bike storage available at the front of the building.
Can you accommodate large groups for events?
At St James Business Centre we can accommodate 30 people in our training room and 20 people in our boardroom.
What types of space can you rent?
St James Business Center offers a variety of fully serviced & conventional office space to rent, as well as co-working space offering maximum flexibility for any business.
We also offer a range of meeting rooms and event space available for hire on an hourly, half day or full day basis.
Can I hire an office for a day?
We do not offer office space hire for a day, however, for flexible working you can try our co-working space available from just £14 per day.
Is there a minimum rental period?
St James Business Centre’s minimum rental period is 12 months.
Do I need to book co-working in advance?

Does St James Business Centre host any social events?
Absolutely – we run social events for all of our occupiers to enjoy.
We typically host these in the atrium or our on-site café during summer and winter.
We are also setting up some partnership events to help support our occupiers. Of course, it’s up to you whether you’d like to get involved, but you’ll always be welcomed with open arms.

Since moving into St James Business Centre, we have found the team to be extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have supported us on our journey from our start-up phase where we initially needed a small serviced office space through to us moving into our new larger offices. As the business continues to grow, it’s reassuring to know we will be able to remain at the business centre for the long term as Langtree gives us the flexibility to move into larger office space and when we need it.

Payment to be made at least 24 hours prior to booking by calling 01925 255 528 A copy of a valid photographic ID document providing proof of identification and address will be kept on file.
Bookings are non-refundable. However, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we will look to offer alternative booking date(s). It is the responsibility of the user to make contact regarding amendments or cancellations to bookings and missed sessions will not be refunded.
The Management reserves the right to terminate membership. All contact required acknowledgment and we operate only during standard business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. By becoming a member, you agree to receive marketing communications from St James Business Centre, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
