New lettings and upsizes

St James Business Centre , leading Warrington business hub the 80,000 square foot hub for SMEs on Wilderspool Causeway in Warrington, enjoyed a spate of new lettings and space up-sizes in Q2.

5% of the building’s space has been snapped up by new and existing tenants as the town’s economy evidently continues to demonstrate its inherent strength.
